Analista de Operaciones
Introduction
Posición con asignación de actividades permanentes de la operación de ciclo de ingresos para clientes de NTGY Latam, tanto en la determinación de consumos del proceso de facturas, como en la liquidación y validación de conceptos del proceso de facturación. No realizará las actividades y el seguimiento de las mismas puede acarrear en sanciones para IBM por el incumplimiento del contrato
Your role and responsibilities
Ejecutar las actividades inherentes a los procesos de determinación de consumo y facturación de clientes de los mercados residencial, comercial e industrial de los países del ámbito del centro, conforme con los procedimientos, normativas y ANS establecidos para cada caso. Principalmente esto implica :
1. Cumplir la planificación mensual de las actividades del ciclo de ingresos para los clientes del país/proceso asignado.
2. Aplicar los criterios, controles y filtros definidos para asegurar la exactitud y consistencia de la información de entrada y salida de los procesos.
3. Mantener una comunicación efectiva con los responsables locales y de cada país, para la gestión de la operación habitual y de las incidencias que se presenten.

4. Identificar, proponer y desarrollar mejoras operativas en el ámbito de las actividades a cargo.

Minimo (6) meses de experiencia en actividades administrativas en empresas del sector real o de servicios.
Estudiante 6° semestre en adelante, en Ingeniería Industrial o Areas Administrativas. No aplica Contaduría Pública.

• Disponibilidad para laborar los días festivos de Colombia (en función de los calendarios de los países de los cuales se desarrolla la operación).
• Disponibilidad para laborar en horarios diferentes según la necesidad de la operación del país (jornadas de 9 horas diarias entre las 6:00 AM y 7:00 PM.
