In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Your role and responsibilities

• Desenvolver e implementar soluções de IA, utilizando aprendizado de máquina, PLN (processamento de linguagem natural) e visão computacional;
• Projetar, treinar e otimizar modelos com frameworks como TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Scikit-learn, NLTK e spaCy;
• Integrar e configurar serviços da IBM Watson (Assistant, Discovery, Knowledge Catalog, Studio, entre outros) para atender requisitos de negócio;
• Traduzir requisitos de negócios em soluções técnicas de IA, garantindo alinhamento com objetivos estratégicos;
• Gerenciar e preparar grandes volumes de dados, realizando limpeza, transformação e análise para extração de insights;
• Garantir conformidade com regulamentos de privacidade e ética (LGPD, GDPR, etc.) em todas as fases do projeto;
• Documentar e comunicar resultados de projetos de IA para públicos técnicos e não técnicos;
• Prototipar e testar novas abordagens para resolver problemas complexos de negócio usando IA;
• Atuar como consultor interno ou externo na escolha de tecnologias e estratégias de implementação de IA.

Bachelor's Degree

Required technical and professional expertise

• Profundo entendimento de IA e seus subcampos: Machine Learning, NLP (Processamento de Linguagem Natural) e Visão Computacional;
• Experiência prática com IBM Watson (Assistant, Discovery, Knowledge Catalog, Studio, entre outros);
• Conhecimento em linguagens de programação como Python, Java, R, Scala e Lisp;
• Familiaridade com frameworks e bibliotecas: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Scikit-learn, NLTK, spaCy, etc.;
• Noções de arquitetura de sistemas, bancos de dados e computação em nuvem;
• Entendimento de ética e privacidade em IA, incluindo LGPD, GDPR e demais regulamentos;
• Capacidade de traduzir requisitos de negócio em soluções de IA e de comunicar resultados a públicos técnicos e não técnicos;
• Formação superior completa.

Preferred technical and professional experience

• Experiência prévia no segmento bancário será considerada um grande diferencial.
