Your role and responsibilities
Responsable de ejecutar tareas operativas y administrativas relacionadas con la gestión de créditos hipotecarios en el banco. Su principal objetivo es asegurar una tramitación eficiente y precisa de la documentación, el ingreso y procesamiento de datos en los sistemas internos, y el cumplimiento oportuno de los plazos establecidos para la formalización y desembolso de los préstamos.

Principales responsabilidades:
- Registrar y mantener actualizada la información de los créditos hipotecarios en los sistemas del banco.
- Verificar, gestionar y procesar la documentación requerida para la aprobación y formalización de los créditos.
- Atender y resolver consultas de clientes internos y externos sobre el estado de sus operaciones.
- Identificar y solucionar incidencias operativas relacionadas con la formalización y desembolso de los créditos.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de la normativa vigente de la Comisión para el Mercado Financiero (CMF), así como de las políticas y procedimientos internos del banco.

Formación académica: Técnico o profesional en Administración, Finanzas, Contabilidad o carreras afines.
Experiencia: Idealmente, al menos 1 año de experiencia en funciones operativas, preferentemente en el sector de servicios financieros.
Conocimientos técnicos:
- Comprensión de procesos operativos, idealmente en servicios financieros.
- Manejo de sistemas y herramientas digitales aplicadas a la gestión operativa.
Habilidades:
- Alta atención al detalle y sólida capacidad organizativa.
- Habilidad para trabajar en equipo y fomentar la colaboración.
- Capacidad para gestionar grandes volúmenes de información con precisión.
- Flexibilidad y adaptación en entornos dinámicos y en constante cambio.
