Introduction

• Conocimientos en áreas administrativas, manejo de alta volumetría, capacidad de reacción rápida con precisión y manejo intermedio de Excel.
• Experiencia en area de compras, especialmente en el sector Oil &Ga
• Mínimo 2 años de experiencia laboral en áreas administrativas, dentro o fuera de IBM.
• Mínimo 1 años de experiencia en servicios de BPO.
• Llevar mínimo un año en su puesto y actividades a cargo de las areas de compras y abastecimiento.
• Disponibilidad para trabajar los festivos de Colombia

Your role and responsibilities

Recibir, estudiar y analizar cotizaciones y presupuestos para satisfacer las solicitudes de compra.

• Acompañamiento y Registro de proveedores.

• Creación, gestión, y análisis de RFQ y RFI según tipología de compra (materiales/Servicios)

• Supervisar la gestión documental al momento de cada compra

• Prospección, búsqueda y negociación de/con proveedores

• Verificar la disponibilidad de presupuesto para la realización de las compras.

• Tramitar órdenes de compra./ contratos de mercantiles y su correspondiente gestión de pólizas/garantías

• Gestión de ahorro

• Garantizar la transparencia de los procesos de compras en la solicitud de las cotizaciones.

• Tabulación, análisis, y adjudicación de presupuestos según aprobaciones dadas por el cliente

• Validación de pliego de condiciones, fichas técnicas y demás documentos requeridos en los procesos de compras

• Atender a los proveedores.

• Inspeccionar la calidad de los materiales y los equipos adquiridos, así como de los servicios de mantenimiento

• Coordinar la logística para la recepción de la mercancía y entrega a los departamentos solicitantes.

• Cumplimiento de cronogramas y actividades

• Seguimiento y control de las actividades a cargo

• Asegurar el cumplimiento de las políticas internas y externas.

• Trabajar con enfoque de cierre diario, con precisión y calidad

• Anticiparse a las gestiones

• Cumplir con los controles y check list propios del proceso

• Dar prioridad a las solicitudes del cliente,

• Responder en forma y tiempo las solicitudes

• Contribuir al cumplimiento del equipo de los acuerdos de niveles de servicio

• Participar activamente en los proyectos y mejora continua

• Atención y respuesta de buzones de las solicitudes del negocio.

• Autonomía en el cumplimiento de cargas y gestión del trabajo

• Alto compromiso con el cliente y con el equipo
