Your role and responsibilities

En tant que Agile Delivery Manager / Apprenti Product Leader :

1. Piloter la livraison Agile des projets Data, en facilitant les cérémonies, en coordonnant les équipes data engineers, data scientists, et analystes, et en éliminant les obstacles techniques ou organisationnels.

2 . Définir la vision stratégique du produit Data, prioriser les fonctionnalités et les cas d'usage basés sur la valeur analytique, la qualité des données, et les besoins métiers.

3. Coordonner la collaboration entre les équipes techniques, métiers, et parties prenantes pour garantir la fiabilité, la conformité, et la scalabilité des solutions Data.

4. Assurer un suivi transparent des indicateurs clés (qualité des données, temps de traitement, adoption utilisateur) et ajuster la roadmap Data en fonction des retours et évolutions.

5. Accompagner les équipes Data dans leur montée en compétences Agile, promouvoir l'amélioration continue des processus et l'adoption de bonnes pratiques Data Engineering et Data Science.

Nous sommes à la recherche de talents avec le profil suivant :

• Étudiant(e) en apprentissage d'école d'ingénieur ou universitaire (grade de master), avec une forte appétence pour la data, les approches agiles,
• Intérêt marqué pour la transformation numérique.
• Capacité à analyser des besoins fonctionnels complexes et à proposer des solutions innovantes.
• Bonnes aptitudes à la communication, à la collaboration en équipe, et sens du service client.
• Un niveau d'anglais professionnel est un atout.
