Your role and responsibilities
Advisory Solution Architect, IBM Corporation, Coppell, TX (40% telecommuting permitted)
- Work closely with solution architect team receive content (scope, responsibilities, deliverables, assumptions, staffing plan, schedule, work breakdown structure) to enable the creation (incorporating all content provided by the Solution Architect team, assembling the content using the correct template, and finalizing the content) of the transaction document for final delivery to the client.
- Create transaction documents and SOW templates for Solution Architect team that delivers the solutions.
- Identify non-standard Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) included in the transaction /SOW documents.
- Develop the price case based on the proposed solution, the proposed staffing plan, the price type and the company's pricing guidelines.
- Submit transaction documents and price case in Conga, validate correct customer number and agreement, identify any non-standard T&Cs.
- Contribute to the production and processing of accurate and legally binding contract proposals and participate in contract review and approval process to ensure audit compliance standards are met.
- Collaborate with solution architects, sellers, and delivery to create client proposals and enable contract registration and map out invoicing requirements.
- Work through action items to obtain compliant work numbers and validating financial coding to enable proper cost and revenue flow and revenue recognition.
- Utilize: Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce CONGA, Z Hardware, Db2, IMS (IBM Information Management System), CICS (Customer Information Control System), MQ (IBM Messaging Queue).
