Administrador de Cartera

Introduction

Buscamos un Analista de Cartera con mínimo 1 año de experiencia en funciones relacionadas con la administración y gestión de cartera. La persona seleccionada será responsable de realizar el seguimiento, conciliación y recuperación de cartera, así como de generar informes y dar soporte en la resolución de incidencias, garantizando el cumplimiento de las políticas internas y los objetivos financieros de la compañía.

Your role and responsibilities

• Gestionar y realizar el cobro de la cartera de clientes.
• Administrar la cartera, incluyendo conciliaciones y revisiones periódicas.
• Monitorear permanentemente la evolución de la cartera.
• Presentar informes de gestión y reportes a jefatura.
• Resolver problemas e incidencias relacionadas con la cartera.
• Trabajar bajo presión y cumplir con plazos establecidos.

Required technical and professional expertise

• Educación mínima: Profesional o Tecnólogo (preferiblemente en Contaduría, Administración o Auxiliar Contable).
• Experiencia mínima: 1 año en funciones similares.
• Conocimientos técnicos:
  • Excel avanzado (tabla dinámica, fórmulas complejas, macros deseable).
  • Manejo de SAP (negociable).
  • Gestión de cartera y servicio al cliente.
• Disponibilidad para trabajar:
  • Festivos oficiales de Colombia.
  • El último y primer día de cada mes, incluyendo diciembre y enero.
