Introduction

Working as part of integrated sales team you will be responsible for showing how IBM's Data Platform Technology addresses client needs and delivers value.

Working at the forefront of IBM Technology you will be trained on our broad portfolio of products which includes AI Assistants such as Watsonx Orchestrate, Watsonx Discovery and Watson Code Assistant as well as our broader watsonx portfolio - watsonx.data, watsonx.governance and watsonx.ai

Your role and responsibilities

• Delivering technical demonstrations to Clients and Business Partners
• Working as a team to help progress new sales opportunities
• Learning about our products and demonstrating this knowledge to our clients
• Answering technical questions from clients
• Supporting the wider Sales and Technical teams as well as our Business Partners
• Speaking to clients and delivering demonstrations at external Marketing Events
• Delivering and Designing Webinars
• Organising and Delivering Client Workshops and training sessions

This is an extremely client facing role and candidates must be confident delivering presentations and demonstrating in front of clients about IBM technology.

candidates must be technically minded with a strong focus on AI and Data.

The role will also require candidates to work independently and be self-motivated

The role is predominantly based at IBM York Road London

Throughout this role you will develop strong technical and commercial skills allowing you to develop your career into a wide variety of roles, across technical, sales and consultancy.

Required technical and professional expertise

• All our apprenticeships are office based (if not on a client site) a minimum of 3 days a week, these are NOT remote roles. You need to live within commutable distance to York Road.
• You will need to be mobile as all our apprenticeship roles will be client focused, and you may find yourself working at client sites or other IBM locations which could require extensive travel and staying away from home during the week.
• Valid and eligible residency status and the right to work in England
• Roles require eligibility for Security Clearance.
• You must be authorised to work in the UK without sponsorship.
• Maths & English GCSE or equivalent (level 4 or above.).
• Achieved/predicted a minimum of 120 UCAS points, equivalent to BBB at A level. If your grades are predicted, you will need to provide us with evidence of your grades on results day.
• You cannot have already started or completed an apprenticeship or university course in a similar area.
