Your role and responsibilities
The role will involve the development of business and system infrastructure to support new business models, such as the shift from traditional product sales to services and the creation of ecosystems and platforms.
In addition, we are looking for a person who can draw up a grand design on a global level from the viewpoint of resilience and sustainability, and promote its realization through business reform and technology.

Smart factories utilize data collected from manufacturing sites, and smart maintenance utilizes data from maintenance sites. However, this cannot be achieved by simply collecting data. It can only be realized through a combination of many technologies, including analytics to organize and digest the vast amount of information obtained from such data, AI to derive actions based on such information, and robotics to physically execute the derived actions.
In order to realize the above, we provide consultation services to identify the issues and initiatives required by our clients in various "front-line" situations such as factories, maintenance, and after-sales services, and then draw up the architecture to realize these initiatives and implement them using technology.
You will be responsible for implementing business model reforms, business reforms, and system construction utilizing advanced IoT+Cloud technologies for clients with manufacturing operations and manufacturing sites that do business globally, clients with infrastructure maintenance sites that support Japan, and clients engaged in businesses related to automobiles and mobility.
Required education
None
Required technical and professional expertise
Experience in any of the following at a consulting firm, SI, or business enterprise.
• Skills in organizational design and business process design/improvement in the areas of supply chain management, supply and demand, logistics, purchasing, or procurement. Those who can utilize these skills to correctly understand the issues faced by the department and lead the planning, implementation, and change management of solutions.
• Experience in consulting in the area of process reform for a specific business, such as manufacturing, quality, or equipment maintenance.
• Project leader with experience in defining requirements, design, and implementation for development projects for manufacturing customers, or experience as a project leader or IT specs manager. Project leaders, IT specialists, or architects with experience in the definition, design, and implementation of development projects for manufacturing customers (upstream phase is preferred).
Preferred technical and professional experience
'-Logical thinking, driving, communication, documentation, and Japanese language skills.
-Solution delivery skills (GIView, BlueYonder, BlockChain solutions, ELM, etc.) to support each business transformation.
Purchasing systems such as Ariba, Technology skills such as Watson, RPA, Celonis, etc. Talent who can leverage these skills to proactively implement advanced solutions
- Experience in manufacturing/power industry supply chain operations, including facilities maintenance
- Consulting experience in implementing business packages such as EAM, ERP, etc.
- Data platform (apps running on Edge (video processing, etc.), etc.) Cognitive app development skills (natural language processing (WD, other OSS), image analysis, analytics)
• Building systems in multi-cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Building connected system architecture (reference architecture)
• Interpret management issues into supply chain issues, Conceptual planning skills to interpret business issues into supply chain issues and draw roadmaps
• Business consulting skills in specific areas such as supply and demand, procurement, logistics, PLM, etc.
• Experience in proposing and leading projects in business process reform at consulting firms
