Your role and responsibilities

人事業務変革コンサルタントは、組織変革および人財マネジメント領域における戦略策定、および、その戦略の具現化を支援します。 最新テクノロジーを用い、人的側面から企業変革を推進できる"変革推進請負人"として企業の成長戦略の具現化を 支援することが求められます。

人材戦略の策定、人材育成構想• スキル体系• コンテンツ設計、タレントマネジメント構想の策定、エンゲージメント• エクスペリエンス向上構想の策定• 実装、AIを活用した人事業務の高度化を実現します。

DXに向けた組織変革と、グループやグローバルを横断した人事変革をリードします。

業務変革のソリューションとしてのBusinessProcessOutsourcing (BPO)の実現性を検証し、新業務設計、実行計画策定から、受託業務の業務移管、テクノロジーソリューションの導入までをリードします。
