HubSpot Media is seeking a creatively talented and dynamic producer with extensive video production experience to join our team and help lead the creation of engaging, high-quality educational tutorial content for our German and French Marketing YouTube platforms. This role is ideal for a skilled video producer who understands the strategic intersection of content creation, audience engagement, and platform optimization across multiple languages and cultures. You will be responsible for producing, researching, writing, and lightly editing both short-form and long-form video content in German, while also managing French-speaking talent to create content for the French market.

Content Production
  • Plan, develop, and produce educational how-to tutorials for German and French YouTube platforms.
  • Collaborate with team members to create both short-form (YouTube Shorts) and long-form videos.
  • Use Adobe Premiere Pro for light editing and quality checks on videos.
  • Adapt content for the cultural nuances and preferences of the German and French markets.
Research and Writing
  • Conduct in-depth research to create accurate, well-informed, and engaging scripts and outlines in German and oversee the development of content for the French market.
  • Develop content ideas that align with marketing trends and YouTube best practices for educational content.
  • Ensure cultural relevance and linguistic accuracy across both markets.
Platform Strategy
  • Stay updated on the latest YouTube trends, algorithm updates, and platform best practices to ensure content is optimized for performance.
  • Leverage your video production expertise to develop effective thumbnails, titles, and descriptions in both languages that maximize click-through rates and viewer engagement.
  • Understand regional differences in YouTube consumption patterns and preferences.
Collaboration and Workflow Management
  • Collaborate with writers, editors, on-screen host, and graphic designers to ensure cohesive, polished content across both channels.
  • Manage production timelines, ensuring that deadlines are met without compromising quality.
  • Coordinate with regional marketing teams to align content with local market needs.
Qualifications
Required:
  • Extensive experience producing and writing video content.
  • Native fluency in German, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro for light editing (basic trimming, color correction, audio syncing, etc.).
  • Proven track record in video production, with understanding of how to craft content strategies that align with audience insights and platform optimization.
  • Expertise in researching and creating accurate, engaging, and audience-friendly educational content for diverse cultural audiences.
  • Deep familiarity with SEO and best practices for optimizing content performance across different markets.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Nice to Have:
  • Previous experience managing or contributing to successful YouTube channels.
  • Experience in thumbnail/graphic design.
  • Background in writing, education, or related fields.
  • Understanding of the German and French digital marketing landscapes.
  • Experience working with multilingual content teams.
