Join our dynamic Sales team in Australia and play a pivotal role in bringing our newest Core & Companion products to market! Currently, our focus includes Service Hub, Operations Hub, and Breeze Intelligence (our innovative AI-powered insights tool). The core role of a Specialist is to help our sales team close deals by providing specialised, consultative expertise that helps our customers solve their business needs with our tools. Specialists do this through a combination of internal prep work, customer-facing meetings, customised demos, and solution building. The Sales Specialist team is a quota-carrying sales organisation, and your success will be recognised and rewarded through monthly performance-based compensation.

Your Impact at HubSpot

As a Sales Specialist, you will work with our sales reps to answer questions, strategise on opportunities, and take live sales calls for Service Hub, Operations Hub and Breeze Intelligence. Your role is expected to add value to the sales experience by helping businesses understand the value of our emerging product lines.

The sales reps you'll align with expect you to be a subject matter expert on our Operations, Service and Breeze Intelligence products, the competitive market, and how HubSpot solves for the customer. You'll be expected to advise on best practices for setting up, implementing, and succeeding with our tools and help customers understand how they all work together.

We win as a team, so your compensation will be based on a team target for 2025.

Responsibilities of an Associate Sales Specialist:
  • Partner with Sales Representatives on product exploration, discovery, and engaging demonstration calls with prospective clients.
  • Maintain continuous learning about our Service, Operations, and Breeze Intelligence products as they evolve, along with staying informed about market trends and competitor offerings.
  • Serve as a central point of contact for developing deal strategies and managing opportunities through written communication (e.g., email, Slack).
  • Provide expert consultation on intricate use cases and offer strategic product recommendations via Slack.
  • Develop valuable resources and enablement materials to address frequently asked questions from the Sales team.
  • Proactively help Sales Representatives identify strong-fit opportunities within their territories for upselling our expanding product suite.
  • Successfully close both new business and expansion opportunities, consistently meeting or exceeding predefined monthly targets.
  • Demonstrate comfort and adaptability with ongoing software updates and changes as our platform continuously evolves.
