The Transfer Specialist role offers a variety of responsibilities, and we are seeking someone who 'gets' customer service, can multitask, and is looking for a challenging role in a fun environment. This role offers a wide variety of responsibilities and the opportunity to build strong relationships with our clients (Insurance Advisors) and carriers (Insurance Companies) through seamless customer service and support. - Follow through on all aspects of moving business from one advisor to another, from initialization to completion. Tasks include:
- Request valuations\Review and verify paperwork for accuracy
- Follow up to ensure actions by all parties are processed accurately and in a timely fashion
- Investigate and resolve inquiries
- Update and maintain Excel files related to the advisors and the movement of business
- Produce revenue summaries and business listings for advisors
- Create, manage, and maintain revenue (service fee) reports.
- On a monthly basis, calculate and update the revenue reports for our branches
- On a quarterly basis, produce a dashboard report for our Partners
- Provide assistance to the Compensation & Contracting Manager with investigation projects, as necessary.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS office
- Advanced Excel required (such as Pivot Tables, Vlookups and IF statements)
- Exceptional organization skills and dedication to maintain ongoing operational records
- Detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
- Experience working in the Life Insurance industry is an asset
- Normal office environment and/or Hybrid Work-from-Home
