As an Employee Benefits Advisor you are responsible for supporting medium to large sized clients with superior service and essential advice. You will work to create affordable, competitive, and sustainable plans that allow our clients to enhance employee acquisition and retention. The Employee Benefits Advisor role is a strong client manager with an exceptional ability to collaborate and build relationships.
