ABOUT THE ROLE

The Community Service Representative supports the Community Manager in daily compliance and maintenance operations for the Summerlin Community Association. This role enforces community rules and design standards while coordinating and overseeing common area repairs and improvement projects to ensure safety, upkeep, and preservation of community amenities.

Ensure compliance with community use restrictions, design guidelines, and maintenance standards by conducting patrols, addressing non-compliance issues, engaging with residents, and supporting the Covenant Compliance Committee and Design Review Committee.
  • Facility & Common Area Oversight
Inspect and coordinate the repair and maintenance of community amenities, landscapes, and public facilities, prioritizing safety and upkeep while collaborating with vendors and relevant agencies.
  • Operational Support & Collaboration
Assist the Community Manager with vendor performance monitoring, maintenance planning, and operational documentation. Support vehicle upkeep and participate in rotating duties such as weekend patrols and interoffice deliveries.

Skills & Experience
  • High School Diploma/GED, associates or undergraduate degree preferred.
  • 1+ years administrative experience in a corporate environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills-both verbal and written.
  • Strong ability to multi-task and handle multiple projects.
  • Highly proficient in MS Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, & Teams.
  • Willingness to learn other technologies as needed (e.g., Jenark, Navan, Smartwebs)
  • Familiarity with, and eagerness to explore and integrate, emerging technologies (e.g. AI and blockchain etc.) to drive innovation and continuous learning.
