ABOUT THE ROLE
The Cash Applications Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the cash applications team, ensuring timely accurate posting of tenant payments. The role also thoroughly reviews cash payment entries before posting them to the general ledger, ensuring accurate reflection of payments on the tenant accounts. Additionally, the role involves performing daily reconciliations to confirm that all incoming cash has been properly recorded.

Skills & Experience
- Associates degree in accounting or business preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in accounts receivable or cash applications required
- Experience in high volume, multi-entity environment
- Knowledge of JD Edwards a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and related products.
- Familiarity with, and eagerness to explore and integrate, emerging technologies (e.g. AI and blockchain etc.) to drive innovation and continuous learning.
