Job Description

As an Early Careers Specialist in the HR function, your main focus will be to develop regional or local initiatives in the Early Careers space and to drive the Global programs and related rotations in your Region.

This hybrid role reports into our Talent Manager, Region Americas and is based out of the New York Support Office.

A Day in the Life

Working at H&M means no two days are ever the same, but a typical day will include the following responsibilities*

  • Drive the end-to-end activities needed to deploy regional and sales market Early Career Programs in collaboration with Regional and Sales Market teams and HR
  • Drive the regional market needs to deliver on the global efforts to attract, select and develop young talents, contributing with resources when needed
  • Utilize the Global Early Careers Program Portfolio, the partnerships (university, student organizations, associations, etc.) and Employer Branding assets as a guideline when planning for early career initiatives
  • Contribute to the Early Careers strategic agenda as a regional representative, based on a strong understanding of regional business needs
  • Up to 10% travel may be required, based on business needs

Qualifications

Who You Are:

  • 3+ Years of experience working with early career programs
  • Demonstrated experience with Campus/University relations is desired
  • An academic degree, or a combination of education and relevant work experience
  • Specialized in Early Careers Program Management
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt employee engagement strategies to accommodate a diverse workforce, considering varying needs and preferences.
  • Strong understanding of Employer Branding Strategy
  • Proven success in Campus Recruitment
  • Experience in Talent Attraction and Recruitment Marketing
  • Knowledgeable in Workforce Planning

Compensation: salary range is $ 98,957 - $ 111,326 annually
