Working Student - Digital Power Platform Support (m/f/d)

Are you a tech-savvy student with a passion for streamlining processes and making data work smarter? We're looking for a motivated Working Student to support our TrafoSchool team. You will contribute to the development of our digital platform for training and collaboration within the engineering and technology community of Hitachi Energy. This position will allow you to gain hands-on experience with SharePoint, and the Microsoft Power Platform collaborating in a multicultural and dynamic environment.

Your Responsibilities

• Support in administration and enhancement of SharePoint sites to support collaboration and knowledge sharing across teams.
• Automate workflows using Power Automate and Power Apps to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency (such as approvals, certifications, and reporting).
• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of dashboards and reports in Power BI to facilitate decision-making.
• Participate in the administration of our learning management system (LMS).
• Support preparation and administration of trainings for our engineering community.
• Contribute to the documentation of processes and continuous improvement proposals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional, international teams to understand needs and deliver digital solutions.

• Undergraduate or master's student in Engineering, Business Informatics, Media Informatics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and modern web technologies
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools
• Experience with Content Management Systems or Learning Management Systems is a plus
• Interest in digital platforms, automation, and data analysis
• Basic knowledge of SharePoint, Power BI, or similar tools (previous experience is a plus)
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)
• Availability for at least 15-20 hours per week
• You are available to us for at least 1 year
• Partial home office is possible
