Hitachi Energy Transformer Business Unit in Greater China operates across 55 cities, employs over 1,900 staff, and manages 5 transformer manufacturing plants. More than 90% of its sales come from locally manufactured products. We offer a comprehensive portfolio of Transformers Products, Solutions and Services. Transformers are essential in all electricity-related fields and applications, including power generation, transmission and distribution, oil, chemical and gas, industrial manufacturing, semiconductor and data centers, as well as building and transportation sectors.

How you'll make an impact
- Lead engineering training to entire HUB engineering community from collecting needs, making plan, coordinating execution, certificate, etc.
- Establish and maintain the engineering training guideline to guide the process in systematic way.
- Work closely with BU/GPG/HUB training team to develop proper trainer pool to support the exection.
- Provide support to global or local trainer to develop proper courses as per local needs.
- Lead the improvement of engineering process as per BU strategy of digital transformation.
- Guide local engineering team to establish and maintain PLM(Product Life Management) platform.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth and efficient end-to-end engineering process.
- Introduce or share the best practice between HUBs/Factories in terms of technical training and process improvement.

Your background
- Bachelor's or master's degree in project management or engineering.
- Strong team leadership and teamwork with cross-functional communications and influential skills.
- Customer focused.
- Self-motivated, energized, and results oriented.
- Creative thinking with demonstrated analytical skills and structured work approach.
- Ability to work independently toward timely completion of a variety of assignments.
- Willingness to travel.
- Proficient in English (both speaking and writing).
