Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.
How You'll Make an Impact
- Drive the strategy and execution of site-wide training programs
- Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to identify development priorities
- Enhance onboarding experiences to accelerate new hire success
- Evaluate and optimize training using KPIs and continuous feedback
- Maintain a robust training management system and tools
- Empower trainers with materials rooted in adult learning principles
- Champion accountability for learning and workforce capability
- Leverage lean principles to elevate performance and engagement
Your Background
- Bachelor's degree or 7 years' experience in supervisory and leadership roles in a manufacturing or equivalent environment equivalent hands-on experience in Training
- 3+ years in developing and delivering training programs
- Proficiency with KPIs and metrics related to workforce learning
- Lean management experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong communication, coaching, and project leadership skills
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic setting
