Our Trainee Program for Germany is designed for 18 months and aims to jumpstart your career with a unique journey within the Hitachi Energy community. It will take you through three to four work assignments, with the second assignment being an international placement, and then conclude with establishing yourself in a permanent position within the Quality organisation of Hitachi Energy.
During this journey you will learn more about our Passion for Quality and how it is lived in our Power Transformers factory in Bad Honnef. You will connect with different stakeholders and experience career enhancing learning opportunities within our teams.

Your responsibilities
- Join a team of experienced professionals, collaborate with local and international colleagues and contribute to drive the energy transition in Europe
- Gain broad and deep understanding of Hitachi Energy's Quality Management System and how it is implemented and continuously developed in an engineer-to-order production environment
- Enhance your personal, analytical and technical skills and help us to bring our quality performance to the next level
- Develop your strengths with the help of regular feedback and clearly established performance objectives

Your background
- Bachelor's or higher degree in Engineering, Quality Management or similar
- Knowledge of Quality Management systems and tools is beneficial
- Proficient in written and spoken German and English, additional languages are considered as an advantage
- Customer-oriented mindset is the key
- Strong interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills
- A drive to learn new skills as well as open to receiving and providing feedback
- International mobility required for your assignments
