Mission Statement:
We are looking for Testing Operator to join High Voltage GIS team. You will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and profitability of our high voltage product portfolio while ensuring alignment with company goals and customer requirements. The candidate shall be able to demonstrate a strong Electrical fundamentals and hands-on experience of Testing of various components of GIS.
Your Responsibilities:
The responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Work closely with supervisor to implement standard production processes.
- Modify or develop new processes / methods for repeatable, reliable and cost-effective manufacturing.
- Provide precise feedback to supervisor on Yield issues.
- Achieved daily production plan as per cycle time and allocated workload.
- Support new product introduction on manufacturing lines.
- Preparation of test setup, test protocols and maintaining records.
- Handling and supporting is customer inspection activities.
- Candidate should have IEC and IEEE standards.
- Maintain Hitachi Safety and Quality standard during testing.
- Ensure compliance of safety guidelines and procedures
Your Background:
- A Diploma in Mechanical /Electrical engineering with first class (above 60%)
- Minimum 2 to 5 years of professional work experience.
- Working knowledge of SAP
- Proficient in MS-Office
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- VSM activity
- Lean management
