How you'll make an impact:

• Develop and enforce workplace safety best practices among team members. Oversee tidiness and 5S program in the Test Room and perform 5S audits.
• Plan and sequence testing activities effectively to optimize resource alignment.
• Manage comprehensive test protocols to ensure products meet specifications. Collaborate with customers and project teams to define complex testing requirements.
• Establish and monitor Test Room KPIs to drive process enhancements. Collect and organize Test Room processes to create a comprehensive test portfolio.
• Develop strategic plans for equipment enhancements to improve testing capabilities. Oversee training and development of Test Room staff in protocols and regulations.
• Monitor testing performance trends to identify opportunities for improvement. Collaborate on comprehensive failure analyses to identify root causes of product issues.
• Responsible to ensure compliance with aplicable external & internal regulations, procedures & guidelines
• Managers are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in testing operations or quality management within a manufacturing environment.
• Expertise in testing protocols, quality standards, and regulatory compliance (e.g., IEC, IEEE, ISO 9001, ISO 45001).
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools to evaluate test results and performance metrics.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement.Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Very good command of written and spoken Turkish & English.
