The opportunity

Technical Project Manager to lead and manage projects launched upon our Engineering Platforms IT Roadmap. Technical Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technical projects, ensuring they align with our strategic goals and deliver value to the organization.

How you'll make an impact

  • Lead and manage multiple technical projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, and monitor project progress against these plans.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, IT, and business stakeholders, to define project requirements and deliverables.
  • Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Communicate project status, progress, and key milestones to stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or questions.
  • Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and comply with organizational policies and procedures.
  • Facilitate project meetings, including kick-off meetings, status updates, and post-project reviews, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of project delivery.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in project management and engineering platforms.
  • Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field with 3 to 6 years of relevant experience.
  • Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager, preferably in the engineering or IT industry.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, or Azure.
  • Experience with engineering platforms and IT infrastructure projects.
  • Certification in project management, such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM).
  • Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
