Technical Application Manager

The Opportunity

We are seeking for a leader who wants to: contribute to a positive atmosphere, good structure and of course take on the responsibility for the team and their deliveries. You will be a part of the design organization at High Voltage Breakers in Ludvika.

• Lead and coach a growing team with various roles and responsibilities. The team are working with product implementation and technical applications, supporting the HV Breakers organization.
• You'll drive the team performance to ensure that deliverables are met on time according to our quality requirements.
• You will ensure that your area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed, skilled and directed. By continuously support, motivate, train, and develop the team.

• You have leadership potential and a drive to grow your leadership skills.
• You have a strong technical interest with technical/engineering background.

• You have an interest to motivate, and support people on the road of achieving success and goals.
• Proficiency in English and Swedish is a must.
• Prior knowledge in High Voltage and HV Breakers is meritorious.
