What You'll Be Doing:
- Managing calendars and coordinating meetings across the entire unit
- Building travel itineraries and ensuring all travel arrangements go smoothly
- Assisting in the organization of customer visits, internal events, and team activities
- Supporting the local management team with day-to-day administrative tasks
- Creating and updating presentations, organizational charts, and internal documents
- Handling attendance and time tracking in our e-time software
- Overseeing office management: ordering supplies, maintaining a tidy workspace, and promoting 5Sprinciples
- Applying company branding and marketing guidelines in daily tasks and supporting others in doing the same
What We're Looking For:
- Completed secondary or university education
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar administrative or coordination role
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- High level of flexibility to support when necessary
- A high level of independence, attention to detail, and discretion
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Fluency in both Czech and English (spoken and written)
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- A professional, polished, and confident demeanor
