- Support the purchasing function and other relevant departments and communicate any supply problems which may impact on business operations. Act as an interface between suppliers and other relevant departments on purchasing processes and new projects and activities.
- Monitor and advise on any issues which present risk or opportunity to the organization. Drives continuous supply base improvements.
- Operates with global strategic sourcing strategies and AVL. Where undefined, makes selective decisions for niche or one-time requirements with optimized TCO within company and business requirements,
- Ensures all relevant parties understand strategies and execute processes accordingly.
- Manages planning and optimizing of procurement activities, budgets, emerging country spend and savings forecasts, minimizes risk regarding quality and financial exposure by buying in accordance with quality and commercial procedures and in accordance with Company regulations, policies and guidelines, negotiates agreements, terms and conditions with suppliers.
- Drives continuous improvement and automations via Ariba Guided Buying (operationalized contract, catalog connections.
- Maximize order automation via contract call-offs, catalogs or platform providers, periodically renews applicable price lists, contact agreements.
- SCM tools and processes with focus on business continuity. Adapts corporate contractual framework to the local business needs.
- Recommends frame agreements to management and executes upon approval.
- Provides ongoing oversight and contract management with suppliers.
- Ensures identification, investigation, and selection of appropriate suppliers (focusing on TCO, supply base minimization, compliance and sustainability) balancing risk, global standard terms & conditions with alternate agreements & terms.
- Defines, created and documents agreements with applicable suppliers.
- Ensures alternate terms & conditions are in line with company regulations, policies, local LSTR and business requirements.
- Applies and maximizes use of standard SCM tools and processes with focus on business continuity.
- Other task delegated by Categories Tower Lead(s) / Head of Indirect Supplies - keen understanding of functional reporting and all related dependencies / accountabilities.

Your background
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Finance or related discipline.
- 3+ years' experience in Supply Chain area (P-Level).
- Ability to orchestrate and coordinate teams across functional areas, business lines, and countries.
- Strong knowledge/ use of standard office technology landscape Microsoft applications and ERP systems, overall Supply Chain Process, Procedures and Regulations.
- Good project management skills, ability to lead initiatives and promote acceptance across businesses, functions and countries.
- Outstanding organizer with ability to manage multiple inquiries simultaneously in a matrixed environment with high self-sufficiency and minimal need for oversight or direction.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to interact with all levels (English proficiency), multi-lingual (other foreign language is added advantage)
