The Sustainability Solutions Manager will be responsible for driving the Grid Integration Sustainability Portfolio Strategy, managing a dynamic team, fostering cross-functional and cross-BU collaboration, scaling sustainability initiatives, and engaging with trade associations. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in sustainability and technical expertise.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with R&D, Operations, Marketing, and other departments to integrate sustainability into all aspects of the business.
- Scaling Initiatives: Identify and implement opportunities to scale sustainability initiatives, ensuring they are impactful and aligned with the company's long-term vision.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with internal and external stakeholders to promote sustainability initiatives, contributing to industry standards and advocating for sustainable practices.
- Market Intelligence: Lead sustainability-related market analysis, identifying trends, segmentation, and competitive positioning.
- Customer Interactions: Serve as a key point of contact for customers on sustainability related topics, supporting business development and co-creating solutions that meet their environmental goals.
Your background:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Sustainability or a related field (Master's preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in sustainability, especially in grid integration or related sectors.
- Proven leadership in strategic initiatives and team management.
- Expertise in sustainability reporting frameworks (ESPR, CSRD, CSDDD, EU Taxonomy, CRMA, PFAS, F-gas regulation, etc.), LCAs, EPDs, eco-design, circularity, and sustainable product development.
- Experience with trade associations and industry standard-setting.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Fluent in English.
