For our Transformers Business Unit, we are looking for Supply Chain Management Data Analyst (f/m/d) to join our european team.
Main Activities:
1. Produce, implement, and improve reporting templates.
2. Train PGTR SCM Community in templates and data collecting tools.
3. Follow up on Factory SCM and Category Managers' reporting.
4. Prepare, consolidate, and analyze month end SCM KPIs reports.
5. Provide analytical support in SCM projects and business' analysis needs.
6. Manage SCMIS data for the HUB - data integrity, master data management, new development requests, interface with PG SCM Performance Manager to implement business requirement.
7. Drive within the HUB fresh initiatives for SCM reporting improvement (automate processes, reduce processing time, etc.), aligned with PG SCM Performance Manager.

8. Active participation in data collection and consolidation for the annual SCM budget process.
9. Regular collaboration and close coordination with PG SCM Performance Management team.
Additional Responsibilities:
1. Manage timelines and reminders on timely data upload by the various stakeholders.
2. As PGTR HUB EUC SCM SharePoint Champion, maintain the SharePoint updated as necessary or upon request.
3. Distribute PGTR HUB EUC SCM official announcements, communication and maintain the distribution lists.
Your background:
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Advancer user in Power BI and SharePoint.
- Experience working with SAP 4 HANA, ARIBA and Celonis is a plus.
- Fluent in English.
