How You'll Make an Impact
- Develop new solutions for complex projects and challenges.
- Drive completion of all engineering activities on projects.
- Coordinate mechanical engineering discipline across several projects.
- Provide technical support for testing, installation, and commissioning activities.
- Create work plans and cost estimates, ensuring quality deliverables.
- Interact directly with customers, officials, contractors, and supply chain.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and mitigate potential risks.
- Prepare manufacturing documents for control and protection cubicles.
Your Background
- Bachelor of Science in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience.
- In-depth knowledge of the National Electric Code and ANSI/IEEE requirements.
- Experience in plant design, specifically with HV transmission substation solutions.
- Proficiency in BIM / Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and Revit - 3D Modeling.
- Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States.
