Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.
How you'll make an impact
- Simulate structures under static and dynamic loads using Finite Element Analysis
- Develop automation tools for structural and acoustic assessments
- Conduct feasibility studies and design innovative transformer components
- Organize and oversee prototyping and validation testing
- Lead R&D projects from concept to delivery
- Translate R&D findings into practical design rules and training materials
- Provide expert support to engineering, product management, and sales teams
- Promote a culture of safety, integrity, and collaboration

Your background
- MSc or PhD in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering
- Strong experience in mechanical engineering and structural analysis
- Proficient in ANSYS Mechanical, nCode, and CFX/FLUENT
- Skilled in Matlab, Python, and Visual Basic
- Knowledge of vibrational fatigue, dynamics, and structural testing
- Fluent in English with excellent communication and teamwork skills
