Quality Department is responsible for implementing actions to prevent nonconformities, measuring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and supporting the Operational Department in problem solving. Cooperation with suppliers to improve of delivery quality and management of customer issue.
How you'll make a difference
Acting as an intern in Quality Department
Supporting team in After Sales processes
Collecting data in mapping process, starting from warehouse management, including incoming inspection, quality control activities and dispatching area
Running a report and checking data quality
Learning to use SAP system
