How You'll Make an Impact
- Lead and implement lean manufacturing initiatives across production environments
- Conduct value stream mapping and Kaizen events to improve workflow efficiency
- Apply Six Sigma methodologies such as DMAIC and root cause analysis to reduce defects
- Design and optimize production processes and equipment layouts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex production challenges
- Ensure compliance with manufacturing regulations and standards
- Provide technical guidance to product design teams for manufacturability

Your Background
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in continuous improvement or process engineering
- Certified Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent experience
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and tools
- Proven track record of leading successful improvement initiatives
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
