About the role:
As a Sales Specialist in HV Power and Digital Systems, you will be responsible for driving growth across our high-voltage product and solution portfolio. You'll support Account Managers in identifying opportunities, crafting tailored solutions, and increasing account penetration, while also managing select clients directly. Collaborating with Pre-Sales, Engineering, and Partners, you'll execute strategic sales plans and contribute to the broader success of the sales organization. With deep technical expertise and a strong understanding of how our offerings integrate into the wider company ecosystem, you'll help deliver impactful solutions that meet client needs and industry standards.

- Identify and engage clients in sectors like utilities, industrial plants, and infrastructure.
- Conduct detailed needs assessments for HV power and digital systems.
- Design tailored solutions including GIS, hybrid switchgear, and SCADA integration.
- Develop and present technical proposals with cost and timeline estimates.
- Deliver persuasive presentations to communicate solution value.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals aligned with client and company goals.
- Conduct market research to identify trends in HV protection and digital systems.
- Advise clients on optimal protection relays, SCADA, and communication architectures.

Your background:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HV/MV power systems, protection, and SCADA sales.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
- Deep technical knowledge of HV/MV systems, protection relays, and SCADA platforms.
- Strong communication skills to explain complex solutions clearly and persuasively.
- Proven ability to manage large projects and mentor junior team members.
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills in complex sales environments.
- Demonstrated success in building long-term client relationships.
- Familiarity with local market dynamics and regulatory standards.
