Site Mechanical Completion Specialist

As the Mechanical completion Specialist, you'll execute and follow up the Quality Plans, master test plan and completion system status for site activities as required. Ensuring that Quality Control processes are fully implemented and continuously monitored.

• You will understand the Requirement of the Site Quality management System, review Site Quality Plan and Procedures associated and create and execute Site MC strategy/Plan for the project.
• You will identify the site MC activities for the project, coordinate and manage the MC/QC activities towards the time schedule and the different contractual milestones and support with Access for the site team to the MC tool.
• You will send notification for Inspections and compile required documents like: Inspection Notification according to the ITP requirements and Inspection Notification for MC Walkdown.
• You will be raising of Punches in Completion tool from inspections, extracting Punches and sending to relevant parties for actions.
• You will review the complete MC/Quality documentation provided, update the MC Tool with all the information required regarding MC activities and weekly reporting of MC / Punch Items / Quality Records Status.
• You will raise deviation in QIT, weekly reporting Report Deviation and ensure Compilation of permanent Quality records on time.
• You will take part in quality and Mechanical completion meetings with Customer, contractor, and Hitachi Energy personnel.

• Technical / engineering / quality management education.
• Proven experience within construction quality and Mechanical completion site experience or in operations.
• Power or energy industry experience.
• Track record and proven capability in Change Management, managing internal project/program in large and complex organization.
• Experience in process management ideally in project business, preferably in the energy or automation industry, or other quality and process-oriented industries.
• Capacity to communicate, result oriented, speed in execution, openness and listen to others.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
