Your responsibilities:
- You will be leading the Operations function, responsible for the development and continuous improvement of service business processes and procedures, to exceed customer expectations while ensuring sustainable execution and improving efficiency.
- You will establish and maintain an Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement culture within Hub Service Function, develops programs, projects, goals, and metrics to lead the service organization to the highest level of operational performance.
- You will be in charge of developing & maintaining the Hitachi Energy Lean Lighthouse Maturity Model in the local service units. All aspects managed in line with Hitachi Energy Group/Business Unit guidance.
- You will coach & provide related training within Hub service team.
- Living Hitachi Energy's core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility in own project action in the site.

Your background:
- You hold a bachelor's Degree or above, major in electrical engineering, mechanical design, manufacturing, automation, and production management.
- 7+ years of experience in operational, quality, process improvement and service.
- In-depth knowledge of lean operation and six sigma strategies and principles.
- Excellent communication and coordination at various levels of the organization, highly impact and influence.
- Working experience in complex organizations is a plus.
- Proficiency in English language.
