As our service unit in Denmark are in a considerable growth phase, we continue to strengthen our team in our service unit. We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our team and do your magic in Middelfart, Denmark.

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will play a pivotal role during the whole lifecycle of our service business, from inquiry to delivery and invoicing the job.

Your expertise and proactive approach will ensure consistency and alignment of time, cost, and progress, ultimately contributing to the success and satisfaction of our customers.

In this role, you will have a key role to ensure that the operation of the Service Unit will run smoothly from Orders to Cash. You will be working in close collaboration with many stakeholders making sure that we keep a high quality throughout the entire process.

We understand that no one can do this by themselves, but you will be part of a great team of colleagues, working in a fun and dynamic work environment, all helping each other to reach the same goal.

How you'll make an impact

  • Order handling in SAP 4HANA - from order creation to Invoicing.
  • Communicate and Co-ordinate with Customers, Vendors and Colleagues
  • Taking care of administrative tasks around orders, including purchasing materials, ordering and arranging freight and participating in the operational planning
  • Working closely with the Manager of the unit to constantly improve our process and quality in the Orders to Cash process
  • In Co-operation with the Controller of the unit you establish and maintain a great overview of the ongoing business.

Your background

  • Experience in SAP and/or from a similar position is an advantage, however not a requirement. Training in specific tasks will take place.
  • Your formal education is not so important, instead we value getting people with the right attitude and mindset on board
  • Strong teamwork skills and ability to motivate and inspire colleagues around you
  • Self-driven person who takes personal responsibility and goal oriented and structured way of working
  • The place of work will be Middelfart, Denmark, and you must be fluent in written and spoken Danish and English. This is a requirement.
