Your Responsibilities:
- You will lead a small distributed team of developers, building and operating data integration solutions in a large global application landscape.
- Your team is responsible for the development of data integrations and architectures to facilitate data collection, storage, and management from various sources and systems.
- Create and maintain ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and data workflows to ensure stable data transfers.
- Utilize and develop best practices to enhance performance, scalability, and reliability of data integrations.
- Document data integration processes for clarity and maintainability
- Enforce data quality checks and balances to maintain accuracy and integrity of integrated data.
- Collaborate with other teams on technical and functional level during initial onboarding, continuous monitoring and change process.

Your Background:
- Degree in Software Engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum of 6 years experience in delivering and supporting enterprise grade applications and integations, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of cloud computing and custom software development processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Techology Stack like Azure Data Factory, Net Core, Azure DevOps, SQL Server / and Entity Framework.
- Strong track record maintaining and optimizing complex T-SQL codebase.
- Experience with Enterprise Service Bus integrations (MuleSoft is a plus)
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality digital solutions.
