The opportunity:
Responsible for achieving sales targets for Distribution Utilities in Luzon region, for Transformers, High Voltage and other Hitachi Energy products & solutions. Carries an overlay quota. Supports Account Managers in maximizing the value of their accounts and increasing account penetration. May provide training or communication inputs to Account Managers. Creates sales plans for product/ solution and works through Account Managers, Pre-Sales, Partners or other sales teams to implement them. May have direct ownership of some single-product clients, especially smaller non-named accounts. Understands how the product/ solution fits within the broader company portfolio, solution or customer environment. A Senior Professional (P3) applies advanced knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education and work experience. Responsibilities may include: Managing projects / processes, working independently with limited supervision. Coaching and reviewing the work of lower level professionals. Problems faced are difficult and sometimes complex.

How you'll make an impact:
- You will develop sales plans, strategies, and presentations designed to deliver revenue growth and perform sales activities to achieve or exceed assigned revenue objectives.
- You will meet new account sales quotas for products and services by closing recognizable contracts and calling on existing and prospective customers to identify opportunities and solicit orders. Analyze customers' needs and recommend solutions that best meet the customers' requirements.
- You need to work independently to develop the sales pipeline and remain knowledgeable of organization's products/services to facilitate sales efforts.
- You need to compile lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads based on industry information sources and work with marketing and regional front-end sales to develop visibility to prospective clients.
- You need to enter new customer data and other sales data for current customers into CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce.com) database and promptly follows up marketing leads and other customer-based actions.
- You will work with global technical resources to produce the most compelling and concise proposal response and quote prices and credit terms and prepare sales contracts.
- You will be responsible for ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background:
- You hold a bachelor's degree or equivalent - Engineering, Business/Economics and Information Systems degrees preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of substation solutions and services to Distribution Utilities, Electrical Cooperatives, Channels, EPCs, Power Generation, with knowledge of the industry landscape, prospective clients, and business network.
- A proven track record (or demonstrated ability) of client engagement in the software sector, leading to a successful pipeline and business growth. Strategic Business Acumen, and resilience in sales pursuits.
- Exposure to Hitachi Energy Digital Portfolio is desirable. Excellent time management, decision-making, presentation, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities and the ability to deliver professional and persuasive presentations. Must thrive in a fast-paced, time-compressed, and dynamic environment. Willingness to travel as required.
- Fluent in English language skills.
