- Lead development projects from concept to completion, ensuring quality, budget, and timeline goals.
- Design and simulate new high-voltage products and technologies.
- Coordinate prototyping and testing to validate performance and reliability.
- Share R&D insights with production teams locally and globally.
- Provide technical expertise across departments including product management and sales.
- Participate in international standardization efforts and stay ahead of market trends.
- Support cost reduction initiatives using lean and six-sigma methodologies.
- Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
Your Background
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; Master's/PhD preferred.
- 5+ years of engineering experience, ideally in HV insulation or protection equipment.
- Strong project leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in CAD (e.g., Creo), simulation tools (e.g., Ansys, COMSOL), and PLM systems.
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% to Alamo, TN if not local.
