For this role, you have an above average degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering or similar (Master/PhD level).

- Work on the full scope of monitoring from sensor via embedded device to cloud integration
- Investigation of new technologies and approaches on IoT devices for monitoring
- Software development in an agile, motivated, cross-functional international team (new developments and product support)
- Maintain and expand all necessary skills to master new technologies
- Work with industrial embedded systems and a variety of communication protocols
- Contribute to requirements engineering, data analytics algorithms and database designs
Your background
- Experience in developing complex software on different platforms and technologies including C#/.Net and Python ; Linux and Windows
- Strong understanding of software engineering, including understanding of functional and non-functional requirements
- Experience with data analytics, statistics or algorithm development.
- Hands-on experience in Azure DevOps or similar tools, ideally experience with CI/CD and automated testing
- Experience with Internet of Things (IoT) technologies (e.g., MQTT) and devices
- Experience working in agile teams and workflows
- Experience using version control, ideally in GIT
- Strong communication skills in English (C1) and at least basic German (B1) and the ability to work independently
- Willingness for occasional business travel (< 10%)
