As a member of the HVDC Engineering Digital Twin team, you will be at the forefront of technology to help drive the HVDC digital transformation that we are currently going through. Your main responsibility will be to support the project execution by ensuring that our Digital Twin flagship solution called IdentiQ is delivered seamlessly to our customers for Operations and Maintenance purposes. Furthermore, you will work closely with the Product Owner, Digital Twin Specialists, Service, BIM, LCI, Product Management and other to support in looking into how IdentiQ can be improved and also be utilized internally for e.g. competence improvement, training, visual database and much more.

You will play a critical role in supporting the Digital Twin Specialists by ensuring that the correct customer requirements are captured, translated, and turned into tangible actions. You support the team in validating the customer requirements and making sure that the requirements also reach R&D whenever necessary channeled through the Product Owner.
One of your main responsibilities will be to quickly be able to create budgets and resource needs based on the coming projects. Furthermore, you will on-board customers and you need to be able to present the system in an excellent manner and train people. The Digital Twin specialists are the ones that will technically setup the IdentiQ system, and it is your job to give them the right circumstances to do so.
How you'll make an impact
- Collaborate continuously with Sales, Service, and Project teams to stay updated on upcoming HVDC projects and tenders.
- Support the Digital team during tenders, including budgeting and time/cost estimation.
- Track project and tender progress, providing regular updates to local and global engineering managers.
- Facilitate coordination and sync meetings between the Digital Twin team and other departments and act as a liaison between departments to ensure that transparency is created.
- Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of the IdentiQ solution.
- Collaborate with the local manager and digital team to plan capacity, ensure fair workload distribution, support onboarding of new employees, and identify training needs to foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Ensure seamless integration of information from BIM, LCI, and engineering teams into IdentiQ, while maintaining close collaboration with the Product Owner and documentation teams.
Your background
- Experience in coordinating technical projects, ideally within the energy or technology sector, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and parallel workflows.
- Experience with Digital Twin technologies, BIM, or LCI systems is a strong advantage.
- Solid understanding of digital tools and systems, with a genuine interest in digitalization.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to act as a bridge between different departments.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
