Senior Creative Specialist (UI/UX)

The opportunity:

We are looking for a Senior Creative Specialist (UI/UX) focused on template systems, UI/UX frameworks, and brand consistency. You will play a key role in building scalable and repeatable visual assets that support efficient communication and digital transformation initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about design systems, usability, and brand alignment, with the flexibility to work across time zones and functions. You will collaborate closely with cross-regional teams, building intuitive design assets and frameworks that power consistent branding.

How you'll make an impact:

• You will lead the design and development of templates, UI/UX assets, mock-ups and brand toolkits
• You will maintain and evolve design systems to ensure visual consistency across teams and platforms and collaborate with teams using Adobe Creative Cloud applications, Figma, Frontify and PowerPoint to deliver user-friendly, repeatable design assets.
• You will train internal stakeholders on template usage, brand compliance, and visual consistency and work closely with brand, communication and marketing teams to support digital and print asset that align with the organization's visual identity
• You will continuously improve visual frameworks through testing, iteration, and feedback from users.
• You will support social media and internal comms by delivering on-brand, high-quality visual content.

• You hold bachelor's degree.
• More than 5 years of experience working as part of a creative team (agency or in-house).
• Experience in brand systems, template creation, and UI/UX design. Proven design expertise, ideally in B2B context and across brand touchpoints (portfolio).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, Figma, PowerPoint, and Frontify (or equivalent design system tools).
• Strong understanding of layout, accessibility, and usability best practices. Good to have background in supporting social media and internal communications efforts.
• Strong intercultural skills, with experience collaborating with global stakeholders and global brands. Proficiency in English communication.
