How You'll Make an Impact
- Design and evaluate advanced electrical systems, products, and components.
- Develop complex models and simulations using cutting-edge tools and techniques.
- Lead engineering investigations and provide actionable recommendations.
- Prepare technical documentation including BOMs, schematics, and proposals.
- Analyze customer requirements and contribute to innovative product solutions.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve technical challenges.
- Drive continuous improvement in product design and performance.
- Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your Background
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, with 5-8 years of relevant experience.
- Strong understanding of SCADA, IEC 61850, and control/automation systems.
- Experience with control device programming, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, CREO, and E3; PLM tools like Windchill are a plus.
- Background in transformer substation control and protection is highly valued.
- Solid knowledge of engineering principles, standards, and best practices.
