Senior Business Analyst - Automation & RPA

To growing Service Excellence Domain, we are looking for experiences professional with IT Business Analytics background to gather requirements to develop automation, RPA, Machine Learning solution for Supply Chain/ Finance.

In this role you will be responsible for working as point of contact between business and tech team. As well your role will be identifying opportunities to potential improvements.

You will translate business requirements for IT team, create solution documentation, coordinate UATs and support Product Owner in solution implementation.

This is role perfect for details-oriented person with excellent communication skills.

How you will make an impact:

• Cooperating with business partners to understand their needs
• Creating user stories, functional and non-functional requirements, diagrams
• Translating business requirements into technical specifications
• Creating project documentation
• Supporting UAT tests
• Cooperating with a team of programmers, testers, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners

Your background :

• Experience & area knowledge: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Systems, or a related field; advanced certifications in RPA, Data Science, AI/ML or Business Analysis are a plus.8-10 years of all professional experience , should be currently serving as a Senior Business Analyst or Senior Automation Developer, 4 - 6 years dedicated to automation projects leveraging RPA (Automation Anywhere) and/or AI/ML; 4+ years of experience in the space of improvement and automation of processes.
• Requirements & documentation management: Capture, document, analyse business requirements. Consolidate, simplify and prioritize those requirements. Monitor requirements queue. Ensure functional specification supports an overall solution design.
• Tech skills: Prior expertise in AI associated automations will be strongly preferred. Extensive prior expertise with Automation Anywhere, including solution design and deployment is strongly preferred. Proficient in Python, with demonstrated ability to implement and optimize machine learning algorithms for business automation
• Domain expertise: Proven track record in shared services environments, with
• deep domain expertise in Finance, Supply Chain Management, or Human Resources.
• Solution & process management: Strong background in designing cross-technology integrated solutions, ensuring seamless interoperability across platforms. Proficient in process analysis, creating process flow diagrams, BRDs,
• Stakeholder management ,cooperation & advisory role: Skilled in collaborating with in-house and external development teams, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical feasibility.
• Soft,hard & language skills: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset and attention to detail.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of engaging stakeholders across business and technical domains. Multilingual capabilities in Polish, German, Spanish, or Italian are a strong asset.
