The Opportunity

Our Service business is growing rapidly, and if you want to be part of this journey, now is the time. Our Service portfolio covers everything from installation at site to scheduled maintenance, value-added services, troubleshooting, extensions, retrofits, and replacements.

We are now looking for a strong, inspiring and dedicated Head of SCM & Procurement.

This role combines strategic purchasing with leadership, where you will drive procurement activities and develop the team. You will set processes, build a strong team, and act as the link between the business and our suppliers. The position requires a clear business focus and the ability to work closely with both internal and external stakeholders.

As a leader, you create engagement and develop your team members while ensuring the department delivers on set targets. You will define and drive local sourcing strategies in line with regional and global guidelines, conduct supplier evaluations, and initiate improvement projects. You will negotiate and establish agreements with key suppliers and actively work to identify and qualify new suppliers in collaboration with category and quality teams.

How you'll make an impact:

  • Be an inspiring leader who supports and develops your team.
  • Take responsibility for personnel, work environment and budget within your area
  • Define and drive local sourcing strategies that align with the development and implementation of regional and global sourcing strategies in collaboration with Category Managers.
  • Runs regular supplier evaluations in collaboration with the respective local buyer and initiate improvement projects when required, with focus on quality, delivery and total cost.
  • Identifies new suppliers in cooperation with relevant category team. Qualifies new suppliers in cooperation with Supplier Quality and Engineering specialists.

Your background:

  • Leadership experiences
  • Several years of experience of supply chain management
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Preferably, you have knowledge of similar businesses
  • Strong sense of ownership and problem-solving attitude
  • Willingness to travel when needed
  • Fluency in English, written and spoken, is required. Swedish is strongly preferable for collaboration with local stakeholders
