How you'll make an impact:

• You will be familiar with internal process, structure or at least where to find, who to ask, how to manage difficult questions, including Indirect material related enquiry and new system Ariba Guided Buying application concerns.
• You will do daily maintenance & interacting with internal enquiry via Botachi platform in support of users questions from China and all over the world.
• You will identify issues, ask questions, solve problems and improve system & team performance.
• You will self -learning from on site job, take all mandatory training course in support of management requirements.
• You will mainly report to Global Tool Manager but as needed provides reports and shares with other colleagues and functions as needed. Fluent English for both verbal and writing is essentially required.

• College or university students with SCM experience or customer services, chatbot experience a plus. Experience for SAP S4/HANA, Ariba Guided Buying / Skillful for handling various systems a plus.
• Moderate relationship managing skill / Fluent in English; Self-starter, fast learner, embrace new knowledge
  bachelor's or master's degree, but not essential.
• Good English skills: read, speak and written.
• Hitachi Energy will provide training to intern so Must be Fast Learner in order to take up daily task independently asap.
• Need to access our systems like Botachi, SAP Ariba Guided Buying, and so on, it is Needed to sign NDA- Non-Disclosure Agreement with Hitachi Energy.
• Need to support SCM Indirect team internal Semi-A.I. platform daily maintenance and continuous improvement program.
• Can work from home or school (if really required)
