How you'll make an impact:
- You will develop and execute supply chain strategies that align with the company's goals and enhance operational efficiency.
- You will conduct Request for Quotations (RFQs), cost analysis, and benchmarking within the approved supplier base to optimize procurement costs.
- You will monitor product costs, identify cost-saving opportunities through technical optimizations and negotiations to achieve Cost Reduction (CR) targets.
- You will maintain long-term supplier partnerships and address challenges related to delivery delays, quality issues, and cost optimization.
- You will act as a project manager for cost reduction or product qualification projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines and performance standards.
- You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to promptly address supply chain needs.
- You will provide regular reports and updates to management on supply chain performance and initiatives.

Your background:
- Bachelor's degree and above in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related engineering field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in supply chain management, procurement, or manufacturing, preferably in the electrical equipment or cable accessories industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data and make strategic decisions.
- A quick learner with the capacity to acquire new skills and knowledge.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in supply chain management software and ERP systems. Familiarity with Power BI for data analysis is advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to travel to visit suppliers as required.
