Our 18-month Trainee Program offers you hands-on experience in Sales and Business Development across Germany, Switzerland, and Austria. Through several assignments, including an international placement, you will gain valuable insights into our business and prepare for a long-term career within Hitachi Energy.
How you'll make an impact
- Support the sales team during tendering and sales activities by preparing offers and analyzing customer requirements
- Contribute to business development activities within the utility, industrial, and mobility sectors
- Identify new business opportunities and support market and customer research
- Assist in sales reporting, KPI tracking, and budget planning processes
- Collaborate with local and international colleagues across functions and business units
- Gain exposure to commercial, technical, and strategic topics in a dynamic environment

Your background
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Natural Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong interest in Sales, Business Development, and technology-driven industries
- Excellent analytical, communication, and teamwork skills
- Fluent in German and English; French is a plus
- Self-driven, eager to learn, and willing to work in an international environment
- International mobility for assignments during the program
