[Main Accountabilities]
1. Order handling & after sales
- Ensures appropriate order handling of products/systems/services.
- Processes orders to ensure that customers receive accurate and timely delivery of products.
- Ensures contracts are appropriately managed with adherence to payment terms
2. Office Administration
- Main Contact for Seoul office
- Stationary, Public Certificate, etc.
3. Marketing and Event
- Support the analysis of sales reports and market intelligence essential.
- Recommends revisions to existing reports and assists in the development of new reporting tools as needed and produces monthly and ad-hoc reports to monitor market and progress.

- Arranges business critical internal/external events, including for example travel arrangements, itineraries, accommodation, conferences, visiting customers etc.
4. Assist Country Managing Director
- Support preparation of relevant organization financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting
- Support online news articles and information on brand's story, marketing/business communications activities, promotions including brand ad & key search optimization, etc.
- Support Hitachi Energy Korea website, Hitachi Energy Korea SNS accounts creating content/design
- Contribute to the growth of a brand in the markets, by driving communications on internet and mobile environment to increase awareness of Hitachi Energy Korea brand
[Required Qualifications/Experiences]
1. 3 ~5 years of working experience as Sales Support, Administrator, Marketing & Event support, or equivalent
2. Good oral and written communication skills in English and Korean required
3. Bachelor's degree in business administration or another relevant field
4. Highly motivated and diligent
5. Good interpersonal skill and Innovative/creative problem-solving skills
6. SAP experience preferred
